Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to assist the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, service, appearance, and operations at our Newnan location. The role includes shift management in the absence of managers and a focus on delivering excellent customer support.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, and there is emphasis on timely processing of orders, returns, and invoicing, along with maintaining store standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
• ASE Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Handle store opening/closing duties and daily cash procedures according to policy.
• Ensure all orders, transfers, returns, and invoicing are processed accurately and timely.
• Support shift management when managers are unavailable.
• Assist with store operations and appearance as directed.
