Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is hiring a Retail Service Specialist in Newnan, GA. You will support store leadership in sales, service, and operations, and may take shift management in absence of store leadership.

Responsibilities include leading staff in customer service, handling orders and transfers, processing returns and invoices, and ensuring security and proper procedures. Bilinguals encouraged, ASE/RSs certification a plus.

• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure execution of service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders promptly.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and per procedures.
• Process returns and exchanges, issue refunds correctly, and stage returned merchandise.
• Invoice all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure adherence to posted work schedule and proper clock-ins/outs.
• Perform store opening/closing duties, day end procedures, and secure money/deposits.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
