Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers with sales, customer service, store appearance and daily operations.

This role may assume shift leadership when managers are absent and bilingual candidates are encouraged. You will supervise showroom service programs, handle opening/closing duties, cash handling, returns, and help ensure accurate invoicing and fast, friendly customer care.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• ASE Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure program execution.
• Manage opening/closing duties and day-end procedures, including deposits.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and refunds are processed correctly.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
