Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Georgia is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and leadership team in sales, customer service, and store operations. The role may include shift management in their absence, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities include leading customer service, handling store transfers and orders, processing returns and invoices, and ensuring schedule adherence and proper banking procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and programs.
• Answer telephone according to company policy.
• Ensure BOP/ship-to-store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders are processed timely and customers contacted on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases per procedures.
• Process returns and exchanges, issue refunds correctly, and stage returned merchandise.
• Invoice all merchandise including core charges and warranties before leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure adherence to posted work schedules and proper clock-in/out per policy.
• Perform opening/closing duties, day-end procedures, banking, and security checks.
• All other duties as assigned.
