Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support store leaders in sales, service, and operations. This role may assume shift management in the absence of managers. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply for this opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have retail sales experience, automotive knowledge, and relevant certifications (RSS, ASE). Spanish language skills are highly desired and will be valued in a diverse customer base.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure program execution.
• Handle store opening/closing duties, cash handling and deposits as required.
• Process buy online/ship to store and transfers promptly and notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Communicate Zipline messages and ensure merchandising tasks are completed.
• Maintain scheduling compliance and clock-in/out per policy.
