Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired) is a plus.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise curbside and showroom service levels, ensuring adherence to company programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC add orders timely and contact customers on shipment arrivals.
