Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, and store operations. The role includes shift management in absence of management and focuses on ensuring accurate invoicing, efficient returns, and timely processing of all orders.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. The position requires strong communication, RSS certification, and preferred automotive knowledge with ASE certification and Spanish language skills.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
• Retail sales experience is a plus.
• ASE Certification is desirable for automotive knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure execution of service programs.
• Ensure phone calls are answered per policy and orders are processed promptly.
• Manage buy online/ship to store and internal transfers; notify customers on shipment arrivals.
