O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers with sales, customer service, store appearance, and daily operations.

The role may include shift management in the absence of leadership; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. A strong focus on teamwork, communication, and efficient service to both retail and professional customers is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and execute service programs.
• Answer phones according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub transfers, and DC add orders promptly.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and accurately.
• Process returns and exchanges in a friendly manner and issue refunds correctly.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and manage security of deposits.
