Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role may assume shift leadership in the absence of managers, and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

You will lead a team to deliver excellent customer service, manage store processes, and ensure accurate handling of purchases, returns, and stock.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish desirable).
• ASE Certification (desired).
• Retail sales experience in auto parts (desired).
• Automotive systems knowledge (desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom customer service levels and execute service programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot).
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy and orders are processed timely.
• Manage returns, exchanges, refunds, and purchases, including core charges and warranties.
• Perform opening/closing duties, money handling, and security procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
