Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Spanish language ability is highly desired.
• Retail auto parts experience preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and programs.
• Handle store opening/closing duties and day end procedures.
• Ensure transfers, online orders, and returns are processed correctly.
• Maintain merchandising tasks and adherence to schedules.
