Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This position may assume shift management in the absence of leadership.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, with duties including leading a team, managing showroom service, processing orders, handling returns, and ensuring accurate invoicing, deposits, and security procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required.
• RSS Certification is required.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure policy adherence.
• Process BOP, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner.
• Handle special orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently with accurate refunds.
• Invoicing of merchandise, core charges, and warranties before shipment.
• Oversee opening/closing duties, money handling, and end-of-day procedures.
