Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support store management in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations.

You will lead team members, manage shift coverage in the absence of store leadership, and ensure top-notch service for retail and professional customers. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply, with opportunities for career growth within a stable, nationwide auto parts retailer.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom, including execution of service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers and notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases per procedure and ledger.
• Process returns, exchanges, refunds, and redirected merchandise per policy.
• Invoice all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, before leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate Image Maker and merchandising tasks.
• Ensure adherence to posted schedules; obtain approvals for deviations; clock in/out per policy.
• Perform opening/closing duties, day-end procedures, deposits, security checks, and vehicle safety.
