Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels in retail showroom and enforce programs.
• Ensure phones are answered per policy.
• Process BOPIS, store transfers, and DC add orders promptly.
• Handle special orders and external purchases efficiently.
• Process and stage returns and refunds correctly.
• Invoicing merchandise including core charges and warranties.
• Communicate Zipline messages and assign merchandising tasks.
• Oversee opening/closing duties and security procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
