You will lead team members to deliver outstanding service to retail and professional customers, oversee service programs, and manage orders, transfers, and returns while ensuring accurate cash handling and security.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Plus: bilingual ability encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and execute service programs.
• Ensure phone inquiries are answered per policy and orders processed on time.
• Manage transfers and online orders, contacting customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle returns, refunds, and invoicing according to procedures.
• Oversee daily store operations, opening/closing duties, and security procedures.
• Delegate merchandising tasks and ensure adherence to schedules.
