O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistants with sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role may assume shift management in the absence of senior staff, and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Formación

• Required: Strong communication skills.
• Required: Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Desired: Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Desired: Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• Desired: ASE Certification.
• Desired: Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsabilidades

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure team execution on customer service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders promptly and notify customers of shipment arrivals.
