Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts, located in Ladson, South Carolina, is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to assist in sales, customer service, and store operations. The role supports the Store Manager and involves shift management tasks.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to lead a team in providing excellent customer service. Knowledge of automotive systems is a plus. The position includes a competitive compensation package and benefits starting from day one.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are vital.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, especially in auto parts, is preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day end procedures.

Skills

Strong communication skills

Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts

Automotive systems and repair knowledge

Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
