O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may involve shift management in the absence of leadership.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include leading store team members in delivering exceptional service to retail and professional customers, overseeing showroom service levels, and handling all order processing and returns

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Aufgaben

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom including execution of customer service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders promptly and contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure.
