Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role may assume shift management in their absence.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems knowledge beneficial.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and oversee service programs.
• Process shipments, transfers, and external orders efficiently.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and friendly.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and communicate Zipline messages.
