O'Reilly Auto Parts in Greenville, SC is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support store management in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role may assume shift management in the absence of a Store Manager. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

You will lead a team to deliver excellent service to both retail and professional customers, manage service programs, and ensure accurate transactions while maintaining store standards and safety policies.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Desirable: ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Aufgaben

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub, and internal transfers and notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges efficiently and accurately, and manage returns area.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store, including core charges and warranties.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure adherence to posted schedules and proper clock-in/out procedures.
• Perform store opening/closing duties, end-of-day procedures, and secure money/deposits.
• All other duties as assigned.
