Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Seneca, SC is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support store leadership in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations, including shift management in managers' absence. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

You will lead team members in delivering exceptional service to retail and professional customers, oversee showroom operations, and ensure accurate processing of orders, returns, and deposits while maintaining security and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Required: Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Desired: Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store orders, transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and per procedures.
• Process returns and exchanges and issue refunds using correct payment methods.
• Invoicing of all merchandise including core charges and warranties before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure adherence to posted work schedule and proper clock-in/out.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures, deposits, alarm arming, and securing deliveries.
• All other duties as assigned.
