Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy and all order transfers are processed promptly.
• Communicate shipments and contact customers as needed; manage returns and exchanges efficiently.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before it leaves the store and that security procedures are followed.
• Oversee opening/closing duties, cash handling, and locking procedures; supervise team clock-ins/outs.
