The role includes shift management in absence of supervisors, maintaining store appearance, and handling store operations with a focus on efficiency and friendly service.

The position emphasizes strong communication, potential bilingual capabilities, and experience in auto parts retail.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills.
• Must obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience in auto parts is preferred; ASE certification and multilingual ability are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure team executes programs (Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot).
• Ensure telephone calls are answered per policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders; contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently using outside purchase ledger.
• Process returns, exchanges, refunds, and merchandise to correct area.
• Invoice all merchandise including core charges and warranties before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure staff clock in/out and adhere to posted schedules; perform opening/closing duties and security checks.
