O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist in Ohio to support the Store Manager and Assistants in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role will also assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of a manager.

• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members to deliver excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels in the showroom and ensure program execution (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot).
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store orders and notify customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle returns and exchanges efficiently and issue refunds using correct payment methods.
• Perform opening/closing duties and secure deposits according to company policy.
