Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Ohio is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support store leadership in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders, and contact customers upon shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently using the outside purchase order ledger.
• Process refunds and returns accurately and ensure merchandise is properly staged.
• Invoicing of all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure staff adhere to posted work schedule and clock in/out per policy.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and secure money, deposits, and facilities as required.
• All other duties as assigned.
