Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Must be able to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience in auto parts is preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is beneficial.
• ASE Certification is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom.
• Ensure merchandise and returns are handled correctly.
• Perform all store opening and closing duties.
• Manage store operations in the absence of managers.
