Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification is desirable.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure policy adherence.
• Manage phone inquiries and processing of buy online/ship to store and transfers.
• Ensure returns, refunds, and invoicing are handled efficiently.
• Oversee daily store opening/closing duties and security checks.
