This role is crucial for maintaining high standards in customer service while managing shifts in their absence.

A qualified candidate will have strong communication skills and ideally possess retail sales experience, particularly in auto parts.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• ASE Certification is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in operations.
• Lead team members in customer service.
• Supervise retail showroom customer service levels.
• Handle special orders and customer returns efficiently.
• Perform all store opening/closing duties.

Skills
