Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification is necessary.
• Experience in retail sales, especially auto parts is preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair is a plus.
• ASE Certification is desirable.
• Bilingualism, especially Spanish, is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process all orders and maintain customer communication.
• Handle merchandise returns and exchanges efficiently.
• Perform store opening/closing duties securely.

Skills

Strong communication skills.

Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.

Automotive systems and repair knowledge.

ASE Certification.

Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
