O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. This position will also assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure team execution on customer service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner and contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges, issue refunds accurately, and manage returns area.
• Invoice merchandise including core charges and warranties before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate Image Maker and merchandising tasks.
• Ensure clocking in/out per policy and adherence to posted work schedule; perform opening/closing duties and day-end procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
