O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role also assumes shift management in the absence of supervisors.

Excellent communication skills are essential; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. The position involves opening/closing duties, managing day-end procedures, and ensuring accurate invoicing and processing of transfers and orders.

Competenze

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail or automotive sales experience is a plus.
• ASE Certification is a plus.
• Spanish language ability is highly desired.

Mansioni

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure program execution.
• Answer telephone in accordance with company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders timely.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases per procedure using outside purchase ledger.
• Process returns and exchanges efficiently, issue refunds using correct payment methods, and stage returns.
• Ensure all merchandise including core charges and warranties are invoiced before leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate Image Maker and merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure staff adhere to posted work schedule; approvals for deviations; clock in/out per policy.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures; secure money/deposits and bank deposits.
• All other duties as assigned.
