O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may involve shift management in the absence of the Store Manager. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

You will lead staff to provide excellent service for retail and professional customers, oversee service programs, and ensure accurate processing of orders, returns, and invoicing. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience preferred, especially in auto parts.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and basic repairs.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• Bilingual abilities with Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom customer service levels and implement service programs.
• Ensure phones are answered per policy and orders are processed timely.
• Manage buy online/ship to store and internal transfers efficiently.
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and ship merchandise to customers.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before it leaves the store and tasks are delegated to the team.
• Oversee opening/closing duties and security procedures.
