Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills.
• Must obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure program execution (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot, etc.).
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders; contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges, issue refunds correctly, and stage returns as required.
• Invoicing for merchandise, including core charges and warranties, before leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages; delegate Image Maker and merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure schedule adherence, clock-ins/outs, and secure deliveries; perform open/close duties and day-end procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
