Qualifications

• Experience in retail customer service.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom, ensuring team executes on customer service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders promptly; contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently per procedure using the outside purchase ledger.
• Process retail customer returns and exchanges promptly; issue refunds using correct payment methods; stage returned merchandise.
• Ensure all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, is invoiced before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate Image Maker and merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure adherence to the posted schedule; approve deviations; employees clock in/out per policy.
• Perform store opening/closing duties, day end procedures, secure money/deposits, prepare deposits, ensure security systems are armed, and secure delivery vehicles.
• All other duties as assigned.
