Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills for customer interactions and team coordination.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification during employment.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Spanish language ability is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure program execution.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers and notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedures.
• Process returns and exchanges, issue refunds correctly, and manage returns area.
• Invoice merchandise including core charges and warranties before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure adherence to posted work schedules and proper clock-in/out procedures.
• Perform store opening/closing and day end procedures, banking deposits, and security checks.
• All other duties as assigned.
