Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom and programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store and transfers promptly.
• Handle returns and exchanges efficiently and accurate refunds.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Adhere to posted work schedule and clock-in/out policies.
• Perform opening/closing duties and day-end cash procedures.
