Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Managers in sales, customer service, and store operations. The role includes shift management in the absence of managers, ensuring responsive service and accurate processing of transfers, orders, and returns.

The position emphasizes strong communication, potential RSS certification, and experience in auto parts retail; bilingual abilities (Spanish preferred) are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure execution of service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders promptly; contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle returns and exchanges efficiently; issue refunds using correct payment methods.
