Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification is necessary.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts, is desired.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge is preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish, is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales and operations.
• Lead store team members in excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom.
• Process online orders and ensure customer contact upon arrival.
• Handle retail customer returns and exchanges efficiently.
• Perform all store opening and closing duties as assigned.
