Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role includes shift management in their absence and requires strong communication skills, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include leading team members in customer service, managing showroom interactions, processing transfers and online orders, and ensuring accurate invoicing and returns.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub, and store-to-store transfers in a timely manner.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently per procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges accurately and guide refunds using correct payment methods.
• Invoice merchandise including core charges and warranties before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure staff adhere to posted schedules and clock in/out per policy.
• Perform all store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
