O'Reilly Auto Parts in Clive, IA seeks a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role will also assume shift management in the absence of store leadership.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. The position requires leading a team to deliver excellent service, supervising showroom customer service programs, and ensuring accurate day-to-day procedures including opening/closing duties.

Formación

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and drive service programs.
• Ensure telephone calls are answered per policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub transfers, and store-to-store transfers timely.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently per procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges and issue refunds correctly.
• Invoicing of merchandise including core charges and warranties before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure adherence to posted work schedules and proper clock-in/clock-out.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures.
