O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to assist Store Managers in sales, service, appearance, and operations. The role may include shift management in their absence. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and contribute to a high-energy team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom and ensure programs are followed.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC add orders promptly and inform customers on arrival.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently using ledger.
• Manage returns/exchanges and issue refunds with proper payment methods.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and tasks delegated.
• Ensure clock-ins/outs follow policy and management approves deviations.
• Perform opening/closing duties and secure money, deposits, and building.
