Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations in Clive, IA. The role may include shift management when leadership is absent, and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

You will lead team members in delivering excellent service to retail and professional customers, manage returns and exchanges, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
• ASE Certification or automotive knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to provide excellent service to retail and professional customers.
• Oversee showroom customer service and ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store and transfers.
• Manage opening/closing duties, deposits, security, and day-end procedures; ensure scheduled hours are followed.
