Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and management team in sales, customer service, store appearance, and daily operations. The role includes shift management when managers are out and emphasizes bilingual communication.

Required strong communication and the ability to obtain RSS Certification; preferred experience in auto parts retail, automotive knowledge, and ASE certification.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Spanish language is highly desired.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge is preferred.
• ASE Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels in the showroom and ensure program execution.
• Ensure phone calls are answered per policy and orders are processed timely.
• Oversee store operations, including open/close duties and security procedures.
• Manage inventory, returns, and exchanges, and ensure proper invoicing before shipment.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
