Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, and store operations. The role includes shift management in the absence of managers and leading a team to deliver outstanding service to retail and professional customers.

Strong communication skills and RSS certification are required or encouraged to obtain. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, and automotive knowledge plus ASE certification is desirable for growth within

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
• ASE Certification is preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to programs.
• Handle store operations including opening/closing duties, banking, and security procedures.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and special orders efficiently and accurately.
• Manage returns, exchanges, invoicing, and quality customer interactions.
