O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may include shift management in the absence of leadership and encourages bilingual applicants, especially Spanish speakers.

The position emphasizes strong communication, efficient processing of orders, inventory handling, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
• Retail sales experience preferred, auto parts background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure compliance with company programs.
• Answer the telephone according to policy and process orders/transactions promptly.
• Manage buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC add orders; contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently following procedures.
• Process returns and exchanges with accurate refunds and correct payment methods.
