Job summary

The role emphasizes customer service excellence for retail and professional customers, with emphasis on efficient operations, billing accuracy, and timely communication of orders.

Preferred candidates have strong communication, RSS certification, and automotive knowledge, with Spanish language skills being highly desired.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• RSS Certification required.
• Desired: ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure team adherence to programs.
• Ensure telephone calls are answered per policy.
• Process BOPIS, ship-to-store, transfers, and outside orders promptly and notify customers of shipments.
• Handle returns and exchanges efficiently, issue refunds correctly, and stage returns.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and manage price and core charges.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure adherence to posted schedules and correct timekeeping per policy.
• Perform opening/closing duties including money handling, deposits, and security checks.
