O'Reilly Auto Parts in California is seeking a store leadership role to guide the team in delivering outstanding service to retail and professional customers. You will oversee showroom operations, ensure accurate processing of orders and shipments, and support revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

Formación

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Bilingual language skills (Spanish highly desired).

Responsabilidades

• Lead store team members to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom including program execution (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot).
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner and contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently according to procedure.
• Ensure returns and exchanges are processed accurately and refunds issued with correct payment methods.
• Invoice all merchandise including core charges and warranties before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure staff adheres to posted schedules and clock-in/out per policy.
• Perform opening/closing duties and day end procedures, banking, and security checks.
• All other duties as assigned.
