O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support store leadership in delivering outstanding customer service and smooth store operations. The role emphasizes teamwork, shift management in absence of managers, and a welcoming, bilingual approach to customers.

Competenze

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification and multilingual abilities are a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and drive service programs.
• Ensure all transactions and transfers are processed promptly and customers are informed.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately with appropriate payment methods.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and communicate needed updates.
• Oversee opening/closing duties, including money handling and security procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
