Qualifications

• Strong communication skills for retail interactions.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Experience in auto parts retail is a plus.
• ASE Certification is preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service.
• Supervise showroom customer service levels and drive programs.
• Handle telephone inquiries per policy and process orders.
• Manage buy online/ship to store and transfers efficiently.
• Ensure returns, invoicing, and accounting procedures are followed.
• Perform opening/closing duties and secure cash and premises.
