O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support store leadership and drive top‑notch customer service. You’ll help manage daily store operations, assist with shift leadership in the absence of managers, and ensure efficient handling of transfers, orders, and returns.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and a proactive approach to store performance, with opportunities for growth within a respected auto parts retailer.

Qualificações

• Must have strong communication and RSS certification.
• Retail sales experience is preferred, auto parts experience desired.
• ASE certification and automotive knowledge are beneficial.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Answer phones per company policy and manage buy online/ship to store, hub, and store transfers.
• Process special orders and outside purchases efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and all returns are handled promptly.
