Responsibilities

• Supervise service levels on the showroom floor and ensure program execution.
• Answer phones according to policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub, and store-to-store transfers and inform customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure.
